We are expanding rapidly, with two new state-of-the-art production facilities in Mesa, Arizona. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a Data & Analytics Intern (Data Lake, Power BI & AI)

Key Responsibilities

Data Lake & Data Engineering Support

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of a centralized data lake
• Support data ingestion from various sources (databases, files, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Help with data cleaning, transformation, and validation
• Document data structures, pipelines, and best practices

Power BI Reporting & Analytics

• Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Assist in data modeling and optimization for reporting performance
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports

AI & Advanced Analytics Support

• Assist with AI and machine learning initiatives (e.g., predictive models, automation, copilots)
• Help prepare datasets for AI use cases (feature engineering, labeling, quality checks)
• Explore integration of AI tools with analytics platforms
• Research and prototype AI-driven solutions under guidance



Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with IT, data, and business teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Contribute ideas for improving data quality, reporting, and automation
