Job Description:

XNRGY is seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the electrical trade while gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed electricians.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Install conduit, wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools (preferred, not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
