We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona, in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Analyst to join its team. Reporting to the Sr. AP Manager, you will be responsible for entering supplier invoices into the system and processing payments, while managing cash outflows for the facility based in Arizona.

An overview of your responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices (3-way match) for payment in accordance with company policies.
• Process weekly supplier payments, respecting payment terms and maximizing available discounts.
• Investigate invoices and PO mismatches; coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Interact with various departments for invoice authorization according to the approval matrix.
• Interact with vendors in a professional manner regarding payment details, statement reconciliation and overdue/missing invoices.
• Review expense reports for compliance with company policy and calculate recoverable taxes.
• Reconcile the accounts payable by sub-ledger and certain accounts as part of the month-end process.
• Conduct various accounting analyses and research related to expenses.
• Record direct disbursements for payment that may not be associated with a purchase order from the purchasing department.
• Assist the accounting department with answering any accounts payable questions and vendor issues as needed
• Electronically archive, file, and retrieve invoices.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required by the superior

What you'll need, among other things!

• BS Degree in Accounting or 5 years or more of experience.
• Demonstrates a high degree of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and precision, consistently applying a critical and analytical approach to ensure all supplier invoices are accurately coded to the correct GL accounts, thereby upholding the integrity of manufacturing cost reporting and supporting overall financial transparency
• Experience in a large company is an asset.
• Ability to process high volume Accounts Payable
• Proficiency with large ERP accounting systems (EPICOR is an asset)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Participation in company or project startups (an asset).
