Opportunity

The successful candidate will be part of a team that is in the process of expanding a dynamic company which is in the process of disrupting one of the most exciting underlying markets in the last 50 years and that is the infrastructure needed for the expansion of AI. Over the next 12 months the Company will launch a new facility to produce a vital component in the climate systems for data centers, and these are air cooled chillers.


This role will be part generalist and part business partner for the growing service organization and will be relied on for their expertise. They will have the opportunity to impact the development of the team, systems and structures across the service organization as well as impact other areas of the business.


Position Overview

Reporting to the Vice President, HR, the HRBP will support the XNRGY service organization as well as operate as a HR generalist based in Mesa, Arizona. This strategic role will oversee workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Assist in the develop and implement HR strategies that align with XNRGY’s mission, values, and business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Drive a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect.
  • Performance Management & Development: Implement robust performance management frameworks, including coaching, training, and career development programs. Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and requirements.
  • Workforce Planning & Operational Support: Work with onsite operational leaders to ensure correct staffing levels, effective workforce planning, and optimized productivity.
  • Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead HR initiatives that support business transformation, workforce planning, and operational efficiencies.
  • Corporate Communications: Assist in the development of corporate communications that directly impact the XN Chiller business.


First 12 Months

In the first 12 months, the new HRBP will need to understand the current business model, the challenges of the XN Chiller division and the general direction of the Company. Also, he/she will focus on the following accountabilities:

  • Learn: During the first year, you will be expected to learn the organization at a deep level and develop a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Build & assess: 2025/26 are years of hypergrowth for XNRGY. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving and managing rapid growth within the business unit. They will oversee the people infrastructure development to support operational expansion and efficiency. In addition, they will assess existing talent, identify strengths and development opportunities, and implement strategies to elevate team performance through Top grading and other talent optimization practices.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a skilled, agile HR professional with expertise working in organizations known for best-practice, value-added human capital programs. They will bring a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to HR, grounded in meaningful experience within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to serve as a trusted coach and advisor to business leaders, have successfully executed the responsibilities outlined above, and possess the following knowledge and functional expertise.


Experience

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in HR leadership in broad-based HR roles within companies of scale. Industry experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred but not requried. Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ideally, they would have been part of scale a business or business unit. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree or CRHA is a plus).


The successful candidate will also have the following performance and personal competencies:

Compensation
