Job Summary:

XNRGY is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in manufacturing settings while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and national electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and needed adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and team members.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local laws).
• Proven experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA certification
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
